200 BPM Bottle Line

Universal has successfully integrated another 200 bpm bottle line for a major pharmaceutical company. The line will package tablets in 10 container sizes and features a 3’ x 10’ accumulation table designed and manufactured by Universal.  Universal also designed and manufactured table top chain conveyors, down bottle eject stations, a special pass through wireway section for the labeler, various bottle stop assemblies for failed reject verification, and a power distribution panel.

 Universal’s “Single Source Responsibility" provided:

o             The engineering required for final design specifications, construction of UMEC components, and in house and site project management

o             The fabrication, machining and assembly required to mechanically setup and integrate third party equipment and UMEC equipment

o             Installation, testing, and operator training at the customer’s facility.

Experience, reliability and single source responsibility are the key factors in completing another successful line integration project on time and on budget.
